Here is how we help
Flexcontrol sends a message with a web link so that the victim’s smartphone can connect with the police.
The Police Control Center has video images from the victim’s smartphone, location and audio.
The police operator can broadcast all relevant visual information to a nearby patrol car to respond quickly.
A communication and coordination triangle is established between the victim, the Control Center, and the police patrol.
All information provided in the incident may be recorded to be later made available to a judge if necessary.
